Toddlers develop self-confidence when they are free to explore, to master new skills and when they feel that caring adults encourage them and take pleasure in their interests and accomplishments. FCDCC is well-equipped with instructional materials that are designed to provide an ample variety of learning experiences geared to the developmental needs of toddlers.

FCDCC promotes a stimulating, challenging learning environment. The staff provides the children with an environment of consistency and a sense of security. Through the age and individually appropriate curriculum, our teachers give children daily opportunities to develop physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually. Our goal is to meet the needs of the whole child. When these needs are met, children are successful in Kindergarten and successful in life.

Tuition Policies

Hours of Operation: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Late Fee: $1 late fee for each minute past 6:00 PM

Full-time tuition is based on a yearly tuition charge. The annual tuition will be collected on a monthly payment basis in 12 equal installments.

Part-time children are accepted for a minimum of 3 days a week. Tuition will be based on the number of days contracted for your child each month, based on the days you have pre-selected.

Children in the Before & After Program and Half Day Kindergartners are accepted for a minimum of 3 mornings for 3 afternoons per week.

Payment is due bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th of each month for which charges are made.  If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, there will be a late fee of $10 charged to your account.

A signed Agreement indicating the current tuition rate must be on file in the office. Any changes to the child’s status will require that a new Agreement be signed.

Children are eligible for a discount if a younger child from the same family is also enrolled in the Day Care Center. Full-time second child discount is 20%. Full time third child discount is 25%. Part-time second child discount is $5 off the daily rate.

When children are absent for any reason (i.e. illness, vacation, school closing), even with the advanced notice to the Day Care, no adjustment is made to the tuition.

If your child takes a leave of absence, for a month or more, a $150 hold fee is mandatory. Three months is the maximum amount of leave time permitted per year.

Although we have a Half Day rate for kindergartners, we do not offer a Half Day rate for other ages, and we do not offer a Half Day rate once the school year ends.

A $30.00 penalty will be charged for any check returned due to insufficient funds.

Registration fee is $40 for first child & $20 for each additional child

Please speak with you caregiver about specific meal policies for your child's class. Breakfast and an afternoon snack are offered to children in full-day programs who have progressed from breast milk/formula and purees.  Lunch, drink and any additional snacks must be provided by parents.  Please Note: Children in the Before and After Care Program are not offered breakfast.
