Franciscan Child Day Care Center Director Sandy Merlo and Board President Sister Janet receive a copy of resolution 948 from Mayor Jim Nowalk and Whitehall Borough Council President Kathy N. DePuy.

On September 6, 2017, the Whitehall Borough Council passed a beautifully written resolution recognizing the Franciscan Child Day Care Center for 35 years of service to families in the area.

Thank you, Mayor Jim Nowalk and Whitehall Borough Council for this honor.  We look forward to continuing to grow with Whitehall Borough, serve our neighbors and help shape the next generation of citizens.

Construction on Campus: Reminder

Reminder:  The  entrance off of McRoberts is one way (entrance only), and the road up the hill is closed due to construction on the former motherhouse site. Please exit via Chesna Drive.

As construction continues on the neighboring properties, please use extra caution when driving on campus - as there will be construction vehicles, workers and other related activity.  Mrs. Merlo, Sister Janet and Mr. Dave (Maintenance Director for the Sisters' of St. Francis) are continuing to monitor the situation, and we will keep our families and caregivers updated on any future developments.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
